Skillsoft, a leading learning and talent management company, has acquired Vodeclic, a Paris-based edtech startup in the video course space.
Founded in 2007, Vodeclic creates video tutorials for companies, universities and professionals, covering productivity applications like Microsoft Office, Salesforce or social media.
