EDBRIEF: Explain Everything raises $2 million Series A

Explain Everything, an edtech startup with offices in New York and Wroclaw, Poland, raised a $2 million Series A led by Credo Ventures with participation from New Europe Ventures, RTAventures and individual investors.

Founded in 2010 by Bartosz Gonczarek, Piotr Sliwinski and Reshan Richards, Explain Everything offers an interactive whiteboard software, enabling teachers and students to create interactive and media rich presentations.

According to the startup the app has been used by over 2 million people and is currently installed on 10% of all tablet devices in K-12 schools throughout the U.S.
